What’s included in the admission price?

A list of which attractions are included and the prices of those which are not can be found on our Attractions page.

You can now self exchange your tickets by scrolling to the bottom of your ticket confirmation email and selecting the “Exchange Tickets” button. You will be walked through how to change your date. Tickets MUST be exchanged 24 hours+ in advance.

ATTENTION: Tickets can only be transferred to the same or lower price dates. Please see our Color Coded Calendar for same or lower price ticket dates.

We accept cash and credit cards across the farm for food, retail, additional attractions, and Pumpkins. We do have an ATM on site. For schools and non-profit groups, group payment can also be made by check.

For the safety of all our guests and staff, Pinehaven Farm will be enforcing a Chaperone Policy for our fall season. All visitors 15 years of age and under, must be supervised by a parent or guardian while visiting the farm. 

For the comfort and safety of our animals and guests, we do not allow dogs or other pets at the farm. Identifiable service dogs are allowed. Please have a vest for your service dog while visiting the farm.

Unfortunately there are no refunds on tickets, but your tickets are good all day so feel free to stay in your car, or come back once the rain has passed. 

The main pathways are crushed rock and grass, we have several handicap portable restrooms on site and handicap parking. For wheel chairs and or walkers, the bigger the wheels the better.

Extreme unforeseen weather can force us to close at any time and we will post this on this website and on our Facebook page (Pinehaven Farm). If you are at Pinehaven Farm when it begins to rain, to the point where we cannot continue our activities, you can request a rain check to return another day.

We do not allow coolers to be brought into the farm. If you have food sensitivities, we do allow you to bring food to fit your specific needs. Additionally, we do have private picnic areas that can be reserved for groups or parties. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought on the property.

Well we are so much more than a pumpkin patch, most of our guest spend 3 to 6 hours at the farm.

Being closed a few days during the week allows us to focus on the children who are here for a learning experience on a farm field trip. It also allows us time to maintain the farm and property as well as prepare for the week ahead. Please visit our Prices & Hours page for dates and times that we are open.

One of the great things about Pinehaven Farm is the fact that it offers something that everyone, of all ages, to enjoy. From toddlers, all the way up to Grandma and Grandpa, our goal is to make sure everyone in your group leaves with memories to cherish. Therefore, yes, all ages 3 and older pay admission. 

Pumpkins are not included in the general admission price. They can be purchased as you exit the farm.

No. Smoking is only permitted in our designated smoking area. If you are seen smoking, within the farm grounds, we will assume you are on fire and take appropriate action!

NEW FOR 2023: With the legalization of cannabis use in Minnesota, we want to remind our guests that we are private property with minors present and we do not allow the use of cannabis products on our property. Thank you for your cooperation!
